Emotional Employment project offers a blended approach – creating innovation in the field of Emotional Intelligence alongside transfer and roll out of learning pills and good practices in the physical world, both providing supporting materials for job searchers and job counsellors to be addressed openly.
Many Emotional Intelligence strategies are built upon the core philosophy of the emotional skills and counseling approach. Emotional Employment reflects this, but wider by working with job counsellors and job searchers in order to achieve a high level of performance in relation to the expected outcomes.

DEFOIN is a training center. It was fundated with the idea of promoting the Training for Employment and Insertion of employed and unemployed workers. We are authorized by the Employment Public Service to provide accredited training aimed at obtaining certificates of professionalism. Defoin bets for professional skills in the development of Professional Certificates in different modes of delivery (classroom /e-learning).
