VIRTUAL MEETING IN GRANADA 

The partnership met virtually in Granada on the 15th April 2020 due to the worldwide pandemic crisis caused by Covid-19. The project is now a year and a half on and we have intensified the work. Our second toolkit has begun and the partnership is working on the practical pills and exercises for job seekers. The RIGHT EMOTIONS, RIGHT JOBS toolbox will contain several training tools dedicated to job seekers in order to self-manage the main emotional skills involved in the searching process to keep an operative emotional state.

DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING MODULES

The activities/tools produced will be facilitated by job advisors and
addressed to job seekers. The partnership agreed to address the following emotional competences: Anger management – Teamwork – Assertiveness. The division of tasks for the Training Modules was agreed and each partner worked on 2 Emotional Skills, developing 3 tools per each of them, with a total of 30 tools in the Training modules. Each tool will have a length between 20 and 40 minutes.

CORONAVIRUS SITUATION

The current travel restrictions and lockdown situation led to some changes in the management of the project. Partners have agreed to replace the training for professionals planned for June in Cordoba (SPAIN) with an online meeting that took place on the 8th, 9th and 10th of June.

WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?

The final TPM and multiplier event in Lisbon (PORTUGAL) planned for the 24th and 25th of September 2020 will be replaced with a virtual meeting.
